These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by American Dream Media (“ADTV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the adtvmedia.ai website, the Media AI products, and the Media AI Academy (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Description of the Services
The Services provide media, education, and AI-assisted content tools, including membership access to the Media AI Academy. Features, content, and availability may change over time.
3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellation
Certain Services are offered on a paid or subscription basis. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (for example, payment processing, accounting, and community platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks and Skool). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the normal operation of the Services, infringing the rights of others, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services and all related content, trademarks, and materials are owned by ADTV or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to ADTV or other users.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
